Maternity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church is located at 3647 W. NORTH AVE, CHICAGO, IL 60647. Mass is in English Sundays at 8 AM, in Spanish Sundays at 10 AM and Wednesdays and Fridays at 6PM, and bilingually on Sundays at 12:15 PM. Confessions are offered on Fridays from 6:30 PM-7 PM.
