The Eucharist is at the very heart of our
Catholic faith. Our belief in the Christ
made flesh and blood in bread and wine, is
what feeds and nourishes our Christianity.
We come to His table and commune with
Him. We kneel before the Blessed
Sacrament and know that Christ is truly
present and that His sacrifice was not
made in vain, but out of the deepest love
so pure that it could only be divine.
The Eucharist is celebrated at every Mass.
For our parishioners unable to attend
Mass due to illness, the Body of Christ is
available through our Eucharistic Ministers
to the Sick. Please call the Rectory at
(773) 772-9401 to make arrangements.
